HAUS OF SWAY — CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY ✨ Appointment Deposits A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit will be applied toward your service total. Cancellations & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit and/or require a new deposit to book. No-Shows No-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Repeated no-shows may require full payment of the service before future appointments can be booked. Late Policy Please arrive on time and ready for your appointment. * A $15 late fee will be added after 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time. * Arrivals 30+ minutes late may be considered a cancellation/no-show depending on the service and remaining appointment time. Your deposit may be forfeited, and a new deposit may be required to reschedule. * If you know you’re running late, please communicate with me as soon as possible. Please Note: Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Late arrivals, last-minute cancellations, and no-shows affect my schedule and other clients.
